Description

Perlé Bianco Riserva 2017 comes from Chardonnay cuvées Ferrari Trento selects for their suitability for extended ageing. Mountain-grown grapes are harvested by hand and vinified in stainless steel, followed by at least eighty months on the lees. The colour has golden highlights and the bubbles are fine. Lime and grapefruit mingle with suggestions of honeysuckle and orange blossom. On the palate, freshness supports a harmonious, streamlined progression towards a dry, persistent finish, accompanied by delicate toasted nuances and hints of flint that add detail to the wine’s expression.
