Description

Perlé Nero Riserva is the Blanc de Noirs through which Ferrari Trento places mountain-grown Pinot Noir at the centre of its work. The project arose from extensive research in vineyard and cellar, seeking to interpret this variety within the house style. Grapes are carefully selected and harvested exclusively by hand from vineyards on Trentino’s slopes. Fermentation in bottle precedes extended lees maturation in the Ferrari cellars. The result is a Riserva that broadens the story of mountain sparkling wine through a single dark-skinned grape variety vinified as a white wine.
