Description

Perlé Zero interprets mountain-grown Chardonnay through Ferrari’s blending of several harvests. The cuvée number identifies the year of bottling rather than a single harvest vintage. Its component wines mature in stainless steel, wood or glass before the second fermentation and an extended period on the lees. No dosage is added. Fruit, structure and depth contribute to a profile supported by tension and savoury character, with a persistent citrus impression. This Trentodoc places the composition of the cuvée and the identity of mountain vineyards at the centre of its expression.
