Giulio Ferrari Rosé interprets mountain-grown Pinot Noir through a selection intended for extended development on the lees. Grapes are harvested by hand in Trentino vineyards; a small Chardonnay component may complete the blend depending on the vintage. The cuvée belongs to Ferrari’s Riserva line, bringing Pinot Noir’s intensity together with the precision of traditional-method sparkling wine. Pink shades and fine bubbles introduce a wine in which concentration finds balance through freshness and savoury energy. Its long journey in the cellar forms a central part of its identity.
