Description

Ferrari Perlé 2019 is a Brut Trentodoc made from hand-harvested Chardonnay, part of a line first produced in 1971. Vinified in stainless steel, it spends at least 48 months on the lees. A delicate golden shade introduces aromas of grapefruit, citron and orange blossom, with touches of rhubarb and gentle smoke. Freshness and a saline impression shape the palate, leading into a sustained finish with toasted and citrus notes. The producer recommends serving this vintage at 8°C, allowing its combination of aromatic detail and lively structure to come through.
