Pàtrimo is the pure Merlot through which Feudi di San Gregorio explores an international grape variety in Irpinia. The estate describes this Campania Rosso IGT as deeply ruby-coloured, with a profile combining dark-berry preserves, sweet spices, eucalyptus, vanilla and coffee. Fine, supple tannins shape the palate, while fruit, spice and roasted notes carry through a lingering finish. The producer suggests serving it with roasted or stewed red meat and strongly flavoured cheeses, pairings that reflect the wine’s generous aromatic expression and soft tannic texture.
