Fontaine Goby’s Chablis Amphore 2020 is a Chablis AOC from the Chablis/Préhy area of Burgundy, produced from Chardonnay grapes. It is vinified in amphora with skin contact, a method that gives the wine added structure and a broader texture while revealing fruit-forward and saline, terroir-driven nuances. Pairs well with fish, seafood and white meats.
