Description

The 2021 Barolo from Francesco Rinaldi & Figli is a red Barolo DOCG made from 100% Nebbiolo grown in the Barolo area (including La Morra and Castiglione Falletto). It undergoes extended skin maceration (about 25–30 days) and roughly three years of ageing in large Slavonian oak casks. Tasting notes emphasize an ethereal, enveloping aroma with floral and balsamic hints, firm tannic structure and good persistence.
