Description

A Francis Boulard Champagne released as Blanc de Blancs Les Vieilles Vignes in a Brut Nature style. It is produced from old-vine Chardonnay grown in the Champagne area and vinified with little or no dosage. The wine typically shows a fresh, mineral profile with fine bubbles and autolytic notes from lees aging. The cuvée is often offered as non-vintage, although single-vintage bottlings appear from time to time.
