Les Murgiers is Francis Boulard’s entry cuvée, released as a Brut Nature Champagne and certified organic. It is assembled mainly from Pinot Meunier with a complement of Pinot Noir, using grapes sourced primarily from the Vallée de la Marne. It is a non-vintage cuvée; composition and disgorgement details may vary between releases.
