Description

A Brut Nature non-vintage cuvée produced as a Réserve Perpétuelle (a solera-like perpetual reserve) where each year’s harvest tops up the reserve. The wine is fermented and aged in large oak foudres (Quercus petraea) and bottled with zero dosage; a limited prise de mousse (about 5 atmospheres) yields a fine mousse and a vinous, structured profile. Made from 100% Pinot Noir from the Le Murtet parcel (siliceous-calcareous terroir), it offers intense aromas of fruit and white flowers with subtle spice, and on the palate is broad, rich and powerful while retaining freshness.
