Pacifiance is a non-vintage cuvée from Franck Pascal, produced in the Vallée de la Marne in Champagne. It is released in an extra-brut style and is blended mainly from Pinot Meunier with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The grapes come from biodynamically farmed vineyards and the cuvée is produced in limited quantities.
