Description

The Quinte Essence Extra Brut 2014 from Franck Pascal is a single-vintage cuvée from the Vallée de la Marne (Champagne), made primarily from Pinot Meunier with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in support. The wine is produced and aged using biodynamic practices and released as an Extra Brut with low dosage. It shows a taut structure suitable for further ageing, with concentrated fruit character, citrus accents and mineral notes.
