Sérénité is the vintage Brut Nature of Franck Pascal, a biodynamic grower in Baslieux-sous-Châtillon in the Vallée de la Marne. It blends Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay fermented with native yeasts and receives no dosage. The 2012 combines taut freshness and minerality with notes of yeast and pastry.
