Toros Pinot Grigio is a white wine from Collio, produced in Novali near Cormons. The Guyot-trained vineyards form part of the marl and sandstone landscape that characterises these hills. Manual harvesting precedes gentle pneumatic pressing and white-wine vinification at controlled temperature. In the glass, its straw colour accompanies aromas of white flowers, pear and candied citrus, with nuances recalling walnut. On the palate, softness combines with a defined structure and a balance that supports the wine’s continuity across the palate and through the finish.
