The Baudoin Sec 2023 from François Chidaine is a dry white wine labelled Vin De France, produced around Montlouis-sur-Loire in the Loire Valley. It is made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes from selected parcels; the cuvée shows a fresh, saline-driven profile that highlights the variety’s clarity. Best enjoyed relatively young, it pairs well with fish, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
