Les Bournais is a dry Montlouis-sur-Loire from François Chidaine made from 100% Chenin Blanc. It is fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged on fine lees in demi-muids, highlighting the minerality of its clay-limestone (tuffeau) soils. The 2017 vintage presents a compact texture and lively acidity, offering structure for further bottle development.
