Description

Dis, “Vin Secret” is a non-vintage cuvée from Françoise Bedel made in the Vallée de la Marne within the Champagne appellation. The blend is dominated by Pinot Meunier alongside Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with primary vinification in tanks and a Brut-style dosage. Grapes are drawn from limoneux and marly-calcareous soils and the wine spends several years on the lees prior to disgorgement. The estate is known for practicing organic/biodynamic viticulture in its vineyards.
