Munjebel PA comes from Porcaria, the upper part of Contrada Feudo di Mezzo on Etna, from bush-trained vines about sixty years old at 640 metres. A pure Nerello Mascalese from Frank Cornelissen, it rests 18 months in fibreglass and 18 in bottle. The 2021 is vibrant and savoury, with small red fruits, forest floor, pepper and a smoky note.
