Description

Fred Loimer’s Riesling Seeberg comes from the Ried Seeberg site in the Kamptal (Langenlois, Austria). Pale straw in color, it displays stone fruit and citrus aromas framed by pronounced mineral notes and lively acidity. Vinification involves spontaneous fermentation with a split between stainless steel and used oak, followed by lees aging that contributes texture. Fresh and long on the finish, it pairs well with freshwater fish and lightly spiced Asian dishes.
