Description

Riesling from the single vineyard Ried Steinmassl in Langenlois within the Kamptal region. Medium-bodied wine with partial spontaneous fermentation and a blend of stainless-steel and used oak vinification, followed by lees aging both in steel and wood. Aromas of white-fleshed fruit, apricot and citrus lead to a palate with saline tension, bright acidity and a long finish. Pairs well with Asian cuisine, seafood and citrus-accented dishes.
