Description

L’Ouverture from Frédéric Savart is a Blanc de Noirs cuvée made from Premier Cru vineyards in Écueil, Montagne de Reims. It is produced from 100% Pinot Noir and sold as a non-vintage blend with typically low dosage. The wine features red-fruit aromas, clear chalky minerality and a fresh, linear structure on the palate. Positioned as the producer’s entry cuvée, it works well as an aperitif while having enough finesse for food pairings.
