Description

G.D. Vajra’s Barolo Chinato is an aromatized wine made from Barolo (Barolo Albe DOCG) blended with herbal, root and citrus infusions. It is an assembly of about 85% Barolo Albe and 15% hydroalcoholic herbal extracts; alcohol is 18%. Aromas include orange peel, alpine herbs and spices, while the palate is pleasantly bitter and long, typically served as a contemplative or after‑dinner wine. The product is non‑vintage, using the current Barolo vintage as its base.
