G.H. Mumm Grand Cordon Rosé is a brut rosé Champagne produced by Maison G.H. Mumm. It is a non-vintage cuvée composed mainly of Pinot Noir, with Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, and the blend includes a portion of still red wine (around 12–15%) to give its color and forest-fruit intensity. The nose shows vivid red-berry aromas while the palate is fresh, structured and persistent. Suitable as an aperitif or paired with creative, modern dishes.
