Description

Terra di Lavoro brings together Aglianico and Piedirosso, selected with winemaker Riccardo Cotarella, and was first harvested in 1994. Galardi grows its vines on the slopes of the extinct Roccamonfina volcano, facing towards the Gulf of Gaeta. The volcanic soils contain silt and clay, while sea breezes accompany the growing season. In the cellar, skin contact is followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel and maturation in French oak barriques. Further rest in bottle completes the production journey of this red wine from Campania.
