Description

Caractères is a non-vintage cuvée from Maison Gamet, produced in the Vallée de la Marne in Champagne. The blend is roughly 80% Pinot Meunier with Pinot Noir and a small amount of Chardonnay; the wine is vinified and aged in tonneaux and benefits from a perpetual reserve. It spends a minimum of five years on the lees and is dosed at 4 g/L; the stated base year for the blend is 2016.
