Gangloff's Saint-Joseph Blanc is a northern Rhône white made from Marsanne and Roussanne. It displays aromas of yellow stone fruit and white flowers, framed by a saline thread and lively acidity. On the palate it is medium-bodied with a smooth texture and a moderately persistent mineral finish. Matches well with richer fish dishes, shellfish and delicate white meats.
