Description

The L'Écureuil 2022 from Gaspard Brochet (Domaine Les Croix) is a Champagne blanc de noirs made entirely from Pinot Noir grown in Écueil, in the Montagne de Reims. The cuvée is based on the 2022 vintage and is released as a Brut Nature with minimal-intervention winemaking to highlight the vineyard’s tension and finesse. The fruit comes from older vines (plots planted in the 1950s) on silty‑chalk soils within the Écueil Premier Cru area.
