La Pie Tome III is Gaspard Brochet's Chardonnay expression from Écueil. It comes from Les Prés Mousseaux, a parcel with clay and loam soils that is interpreted separately to preserve its individual character. The use of oak belongs to the grower's personal approach, focused on ripe grapes and precise winemaking. Citrus notes meet rounded fruit, texture and a saline impression on the finish. Within the animal-labelled series, this cuvée highlights one particular facet of the family's vineyard holdings through a single variety and a clearly defined place, balancing generosity with a more finely drawn structure.
