Description

Gatinois Brut Tradition is a non-vintage cuvée made from the heart of the Aÿ Grand Cru terroir. The blend consists predominantly of Pinot Noir (about 80%) with 20% Chardonnay; the wine is aged a minimum of two years on the lees in the producer's cellars. It is finished as a Brut (approximately 7 g/L dosage), offering a full structure with fresh fruit notes that evolve towards toasty and vinous character. Suitable as an aperitif and with seafood or delicate dishes.
