Description

Pureté 1er Cru Brut Nature is a non-vintage cuvée from Geoffroy produced in the Vallée de la Marne, with fruit sourced from Cumières (Premier Cru). It is vinified with no dosage (Brut Nature) and given extended cellar ageing to reach balance and finesse. The blend includes Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with Petit Meslier and Arbane present in the complanted parcels. Aromatically it typically shows white flowers, citrus and white-fleshed fruit, supported by brisk acidity and a mineral thread.
