Description

Les Longues Violes comes from a tiny Cumières parcel that has belonged to the Laval family for generations. Its Pinot Noir and Meunier vines, established through massal selections at different times, have never received synthetic herbicides or pesticides. Vincent Laval waited until even the younger plantings had matured before giving the site its own cuvée. Winemaking follows the estate's restrained approach, with indigenous yeasts and oak barrels. This Brut Nature Blanc de Noirs focuses on a distinctive heritage of vines and farming, also expressed through the cuvée name written by hand on every bottle.
