Les Juliennes is the rosé of Georges Remy, a young grower in Bouzy, made from Grand Cru Pinot Noir from the parcel of that name planted in 2001. Vinified entirely in 228-litre barrels with spontaneous fermentation, it is neither filtered nor dosed. The 2020 vintage is precise and saline, with wild strawberry, raspberry and rose petals.
