Description
Clos du Temple 2018 by Gérard Bertrand is a rosé from the Languedoc produced under the Languedoc Cabrières appellation. It is made from a blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Viognier grown in the Clos du Temple vineyard. Winemaking includes low-temperature fermentation and about six months’ ageing in new barrels on fine lees with bâtonnage. The wine shows the pronounced aromatic freshness and structure characteristic of Cabrières rosés.
