A red wine from the AOP Minervois La Livinière, produced from a small parcel at Château Laville-Bertrou. A blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan showing aromas of ripe dark fruit, violet and subtle spice. Matured in oak for about 12 months, with firm yet polished tannins and a long finish. Pairs well with grilled red meats and robust dishes.
