From Gerard Thomas, the 2020 Saint-Aubin 1er Cru “Les Murgers des Dents de Chien” is a Chardonnay white showing aromas of white flowers, pear and citrus, with pronounced mineral, wet-stone notes. On the palate it is medium- to full-bodied, with lively acidity, good concentration and a saline persistence. It reflects the Saint-Aubin terroir in the Côte de Beaune, presenting a balance of fruit and structure.
