Description

Blanc de Tor is the Perini family’s Friulano white, from an estate active in Savorgnano del Torre for four generations. Its history began in the early twentieth century with Don Romano Perini, who promoted new practices in vine growing. Grapes are harvested by hand with attention to bunch selection. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts takes place in French oak barriques, followed by maturation on the lees. The result is a dry white in which body and freshness work together, suited to the table alongside fish dishes and white meats.
