Jo 2022 is a red wine made from Negroamaro grapes grown in the Manduria area of Salento. It displays ripe red fruit aromas with Mediterranean and spicy hints; on the palate it is juicy and well-structured. Vinification includes 2–3 weeks of skin contact and roughly nine months of oak maturation, followed by additional bottle ageing before release.
