Es is a red wine from Gianfranco Fino, classified as Salento IGT and made from Primitivo grapes grown in the Manduria and Sava area of Salento. Vinification includes 2–3 weeks of skin contact and roughly nine months of aging in wood; the vines are trained in alberello on red soils. It is a single-variety (100% Primitivo) wine, bottled without fining.
