Jo is a single-varietal Negroamaro from Gianfranco Fino, classified as Salento IGT. The grapes come from the Manduria area in Puglia and are fermented with extended skin contact; the wine undergoes maturation in wood before bottling. It shows Mediterranean fruit character and firm, compact tannins typical of the Salento terroir.
