Gillardi’s 2020 Barolo is a Barolo DOCG from the Langhe produced from 100% Nebbiolo sourced from vineyards in La Morra (Boiolo) and Barolo (Zuncai). It is made with traditional vinification and ages for at least 36 months in large Slavonian oak casks, offering structure and aging potential. Aromas of violet and ripe red fruit lead to a firm yet refined tannic profile on the palate.
