Bonnet-Gilmert Cuvée de Réserve is a Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Champagne produced in Oger in the Côte des Blancs. It is made from 100% Chardonnay and released as a non-vintage Brut, aged in the cellars for a minimum of three years (dosage about 8 g/L). It is delicate with citrus notes, making it well-suited as an aperitif.
