Description

Gini’s Recioto di Soave Classico Col Foscarin 2016 is a sweet wine from Monteforte d'Alpone in the Soave Classico zone. Made from a careful selection of grapes and a slow natural drying process, it is vinified to emphasize concentration and persistence. Produced from 100% Garganega, it shows a deep golden color with intense aromas of apricot and ripe citrus, and a rich palate with candied orange and peach notes. Serve at about 12 °C; common pairings are blue cheeses and dry pastries.
