Serragghia Fanino comes from the island of Pantelleria, on dry volcanic soils, at the Bini family's Serragghia winery. The wine ferments outdoors in 500-litre amphorae buried in the ground, stays on its skins for at least three months and is made without added sulphites. The 2022 is floral and fruity on the nose, lively and tannic on the palate, with long savouriness.
