The Barolo Riserva of Giovanni Corino, a family winery in La Morra, comes from vineyards in the Annunziata area, among the finest in the commune. It finishes fermentation and matures in French oak barriques, mostly new. The 2017 is deep and muscular, with violet, sour cherry, toasty and cocoa notes and ripe tannins.
