Giovanni Rosso's 2021 Barolo (Barolo DOCG) is produced in Serralunga d'Alba from 100% Nebbiolo. The wine is made from fruit sourced across several vineyards within the denomination and reflects the firm structure and tannic profile typical of Serralunga Nebbiolo. The estate follows traditional vinification and ageing approaches to express the site's character. It has good age-worthiness and pairs well with richly flavored meat dishes.
