Description

A Mi-Chemin is a Grand Cru blanc de blancs made entirely from Chardonnay grown in Le Mesnil‑sur‑Oger and Oger. Fermented with indigenous yeasts (60% in oak, 40% in stainless steel) and aged on the lees, it displays fine bubbles, vibrant acidity and a mineral framework with white-flower and citrus aromas. The extra‑brut dosage (about 1.5 g/l) and a blend of harvests provide freshness and a clear structural backbone.
