Description

Giulia Negri’s Langhe Pinot Nero “La Tartufaia” is a single‑vineyard Pinot Noir from La Morra (Serradenari), produced from 100% Pinot Nero. Production uses spontaneous fermentation with roughly 25 days of maceration and about 20 months’ aging in French barriques and tonneaux. The vineyard sits at approximately 520 metres on Messinian clay‑limestone soils, with manual harvest and a northern exposure.
