Ca' d'Morissio comes from a selection of Michet Nebbiolo within the Monprivato vineyard in Castiglione Falletto. Its name recalls Maurizio Mascarello, known as Morissio, and a family vine-selection project developed across several generations. Selected grapes undergo traditional floating-cap fermentation, followed by lengthy maturation in Slavonian oak and an extended wait before release. The producer describes a wine of body and depth, combining intense fruit with floral and spicy accents and considerable persistence.
