Bricco Mirasole comes from a Dolcetto vineyard in Castiglione Falletto, interpreted by Giuseppe Mascarello e Figlio with attention to origin and enjoyment at the table. Selected grapes ferment at controlled temperatures with a short, traditional floating-cap maceration, and the wine subsequently rests in concrete. The producer describes a deep ruby colour with violet shades, vinous and fruity aromas, and a dry palate marked by the variety's characteristic bitter edge.
